YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Effective October 20, 2026
AILightwork is a business workspace operated by TamadTech. This notice explains the information handled when you sign in, organize work, upload documents or use connected services.
1. Information we handle
- Account and sign-in information. Your account identifier, email address, verification status and profile information returned by your selected sign-in method. Authentication also uses session and security information.
- Workspace content. Business profiles, contacts, notes, tasks, instructions, uploaded files, extracted document text and generated outputs that you provide or create.
- Connection information. The settings and credentials needed for services you connect, together with connection status and verification results.
- Activity and service records. Task results, approvals, audit entries, usage, delivery status, subscription references and information used to diagnose errors or protect the service.
When you add another person's information, use only information you are authorized to provide. Avoid uploading passwords, government identifiers, card details or sensitive personal records that are unnecessary for your work.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, apply workspace access controls, save and retrieve your work, carry out the features you choose, manage subscriptions, record activity, and investigate service or security issues.
When you run an AI task, the task instructions and relevant workspace content are sent to the configured AI service to generate a response. Review what a task will use before running it, and review generated results before relying on or sending them.
Sign-in uses essential cookies and related browser storage to maintain your session and protect authentication. Browser storage may also remember interface preferences. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in from working.
3. Connected services
AILightwork relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, storage and features you choose to use. A connected service receives the information needed for the relevant operation.
- Hosting, authentication and storage
- Vercel hosts the app. Neon provides authentication and the application database. Uploaded originals are held in private object storage. Resend delivers authentication email.
- AI tasks
- The configured AI provider processes task instructions and relevant content. The app supports OpenAI and routing through Vercel AI Gateway. Provider data handling depends on the selected service and account configuration.
- Billing
- Stripe handles checkout and subscription management. AILightwork stores customer, checkout and subscription references and status; payment details entered in Stripe's checkout are handled by Stripe.
- Optional email and calling
- If configured and used, Resend processes email recipients, messages and delivery or reply information. Retell processes call audio and call information. Recording and transcript retention depend on the configured voice agent. AILightwork stores call metadata, including numbers, status and duration.
- Optional scheduling and software delivery
- Upstash QStash handles scheduled delivery when connected. GitHub handles repository content, pull requests, checks and release activity when you connect a repository and approve those operations.
Connecting a service does not mean every feature is enabled. Review the selected provider, account, permissions and operation before using it. Each provider also has its own privacy and retention practices.
4. Your choices
You can edit workspace records, download available original files, export supported workspace records, pause execution and disconnect providers through the app's available controls. The workspace export does not include original file bytes and is not a complete account or provider export.
Disconnecting a provider removes the saved connection from AILightwork after pending work is resolved. It does not automatically revoke the credential in the provider's account; you can revoke it there separately.
Recipients can use an unsubscribe link in supported outreach emails. For other privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, contact us using the address below.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace content remains stored until removed through available controls or an operator-handled request. Workspace deletion requires active work to be resolved, providers to be disconnected and subscriptions to have ended. When deletion completes, the workspace's active application records and uploaded originals are removed.
Deleting a workspace does not by itself delete your sign-in account or records held by Stripe and other providers. Contact us about sign-in account deletion and any records not covered by the workspace controls. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the affected information.
Existing backups are not rewritten by workspace deletion. Routine encrypted application backup artifacts are currently configured for seven-day retention. Separately retained recovery copies and records held by providers can have different retention periods. Contact us about the handling of a specific record or deletion request.
6. Security
AILightwork uses authenticated workspace access, private file storage and encryption for saved connector credentials. These measures help protect information, but no service can guarantee complete security. Protect your sign-in account and promptly revoke credentials you believe have been exposed.
7. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact TamadTech at addointernationals@gmail.com. Include the account email and a description of your request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment details.
